Il habite Grenoble depuis plus deux ans se consacre pour l'instant à l'illustration et la peinture... •Biographical notes• english Philippe Quoturel has been active on the cultural scene for the last twenty years - manager of an arthouse cinema, organizer of photo exhibitions, public relations officer of the Espace Malraux Scène Nationale de Chambéry et de la Savoie cultural center, Cultural director of the town of Amboise.
